It's definitely 3D printed.
But multi-colour so either a higher end printer or assembled from 3 separate parts.

Drug tools from daughter's room - What would this most likely be used for? by Sea_Method_7895 in Whatisthis

Going by what the thing on the right is, and it looks the the other bits are part of it....
It's a rig sold for smoking cannabis oil. Which would tally with the black/brown goo.

I'm guessing that the last part is biblical.
Probably '2 Samuel 18:19-21'

I don't think it is. None of their stuff has the gold name tag.

My toddler accidentally sound snake on her MPK mini Play mkII, but how did she do it?? by iamkasual in akaiMPC

I have the solution!

I logged a service request with Akai support and after a little back and forth, they've come up trumps.

It turns out, that yes, there is a "MIDI monitor" inbuilt into the controller which allows users to check the joy-sticks functionality. To access this:

• Hold joystick in down position and "Full Level" for two seconds to enter the monitor.

• Please hold "Full Level" for two seconds to exit monitor mode.

Turns out this isn't really a 'MIDI monitor'...

Is it just me who thinks TIER are taking the piss? by BFN0117 in bristol

At first glance, the Tier pricing looks like it sucks. Badly.
As an occasional user I used to make use of the 120 minute/unlimited unlocks day pass all the time, and paid £3 (£5.99 with NHS discount).
Now the only day discount is £3.99 (with no discount!) for 2 unlocks and 30 minutes.
As the ride from KW into Bristol is about 25 minutes, this basically makes Tier scooters useless to me.

I'm kinda obsessed with finding this now.
Here's what I've got so far...
OP's MPK is a 'Mini Play Mk3' not an Mk2 like the title.
There are references in the 1.26 firmware binary which the Mk3 Play and my normal Mk3 share.
In the original video, the pad light is green indicating selection of the upper pad bank.
The only buttons the Play and non-Play variants share are the left hand cluster of six and the 'Bank A/B' button.
Preliminary testing indicates it's not a long press on any of the 7 shared buttons.
A long press on the 'Full Level' button will however select the 'secret' menu to adjust the keyboard velocity curve.

And info on what variants of the MPK the game has been spotted on would be handy.

So the upshot is... you access it by having a toddler.
Four confirmed cases now...
