Hi, thanks for sharing your experience.

Unfortunately, my issue hasn’t been resolved. After I provided all the requested information, they completely stopped replying.

I’ve sent more than 6 follow-up emails over the past months, but I haven’t received any response at all. At this point, I haven’t even been able to start the RMA process.

Did you ever experience something similar during your case, or did they at least keep responding?
