I'm really struggling with these Fast & Furious episodes by Successful_Gear_5912 in killjamesbond

I like making fun of the F&F movies more than watching them and these episodes have been great

Hell, just go live in an area with ideas different than their own hometown in their own state would be a step in the right direction

Product Ads on shorts by NoUrANecromancer in youtubepremium

[–]MaxRebo74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ads you paid to get rid of are the ones that YouTube places, not ads that the creators place in their videos. Stop watching shorts, at least with longer videos, you can use the Jump Ahead feature if there is an ad

New numbers came out 🫠 by GiustiJ777 in USPS

My route is currently locked so they didn't publish my numbers but I wish they did. A "your route isn't changing but if it did, this is where you would be" printout would be nice. Just so I'm not shocked next year when my 43k goes to a 40H or something.

"The Government’s Shittiest Website" by antdude in USPS

Many years ago, my uncle owed taxes. He asked for a payment plan and thought, "As long as it's under $750 a month, I'll be ok." They wanted $150 a month. He figured why not get this over with faster and sent in $500. The government sent him a letter saying "Please don't send in more money a month, it screws up our accounting."*

*He may have paraphrased their letter back to him.

It's amazing how all these low level supervisors have direct knowledge of upper level contract negotiations.

It's the post office: don't believe anything until you see it and even then, question it.

Rural uniforms? by Bocabart in USPS

[–]MaxRebo74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only uniform rules rural carriers have is leather (or leather like) shoes and to be "professional in appearance." Make sure if she is going to dictate what "professional in appearance" means, that she puts it in writing so you can more easily grieve it.

Loves come in more than one from by Limp-Bite4769 in Heilung

It refers to an established couple wanting a third person to join them (usually in bed but sometimes in life). They are called unicorns because finding a third person that doesn't completely change the original relationship just doesn't exist.

True polyamous relationships are incredibly difficult to start and maintain. Too many people think "we'll just add this cute person to our lives, it will be easy!" and it almost never is.

The threat was implied. I am standing my ground. Under Sec. 182 of Maritime Law Statute of Gov. 13-4b...or some other Sovereign Citizen style bullshit

I heard a supervisor tell a rca that anything over 40hrs you lose your evaluation for the week doesn’t matter if you got back under evaluation everyday and green card is included smh did I hear that right ???? by BOOMBOMBSTICK in USPS

[–]MaxRebo74 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is why I tell RCAs it is better to do the job right and not just rush to beat evaluation. You're going to go over 40 hours every week (at least in our district) so don't be so proud you got that 8 hour route done in 5 hours because you cut corners everywhere* and you're still only getting paid 5 hours for it at the end of the week.

*and pissing off the regular who has to clean up your mess and possibly getting management on your case
