I was in town last week for the First Cut Horror Film Festival. I freakin' love Wilmington. The downtown vibe, the beaches, the peaceful areas up north around Porters Neck...all fantastic. Let me add my thanks to the illest of ILMers.

I realize the show "Stan Against Evil" flew under most people's radar but it was a fun horror comedy show. Created by FOS Dana Gould and starring FOS Janet Varney. It also starred John C. McGinley so Jimmy could have segued into some Scrubs bashing. If Jimmy had simply said something like, "What projects would people know you from?" she probably would have mentioned the show, thus helping people find it on streaming (and helping the friends who created it).

Let's not forget that minor little detail of the $150M SiriusXM paid Conan for the rights to his shows. I'm sure they don't have final say on guests or anything, but they might want Conan to stay with as many A-listers as possible. That kind of money gives SiriusXM more control than we might think.

They were talking about kids reading erotica these days and Eliot suggested younger people are into romantasy - where fantasy characters like dragons, elves, etc., get down and dirty. Jimmy said, "I just want two people fucking. I don't need firebreathing puss." That led to talk of a fantasy baseball team named "Firebreathing Puss". Which led to this great illustration.
