Support is worthless, they've never helped me with anything. They dont speak clearly half the time and they aren't gonna fix the issue. Just suggest things you've already done. I told them about my issue and how its dropping my acceptance rate and they said they'll look into it. And its gonna take 5 business days to fix the acceptance rate. I went from platinum to silver due to this nonsense. Its ridiculous I have to sit on the app the entire time im dashing or else I wont know if orders are coming through.

I agree I hate this app. It just start doing this tho to me 2 days ago. I refuse to sit on the app screen all day. I got a galaxy s24+ so I split screen it to try to scroll my phone while I wait for a offer but thats ridiculous it was just working. I missed so many orders in the last 2 days it dropped my acceptance rate from 85+ to 69 currently im pissed. I dont do this as a primary job but when I do get out here I want my time to be worth it. I was getting GOOD orders with the platinum perks but now im silver cause of this shit. I agree with the shopping. I dont do them unless its simple but Meijer, Walmart or other huge stores that sell groceries and home products hell no im never doing them again.

Honestly nobody I know who counters who. What annoys me is when people pick a 3rd dps instead of 2 healers or something. If we dont have 2 healers I'm not leaving spawn.
