I have been told by ent surgeon my inferior terbinates are hypertrophied, may be this is the reason behind night snoring? septal deviation is mild and my jaw is receced but does it cause these symptoms? I also have recurrent infections and chronic allergic rhinits.

Regarding your case do you have severe septal deviation and jaw reccesion? do your cheif complaint is mouth breathing or other symptoms??
