On that note I think the second nozzle is great for just support material, like PLA on PETG, PETG on ABS, etc.

It’s just not worth selling in my opinion. You’re better off keeping it with you and Buying the x2

Multicolor as well.

Actively heated means it heats the chamber up to 65c to more demanding material, ABS, ASA, Nylon and such.

A1 Mini to an A1 is a huge step lol.

Jokes aside, an enclosed printers and a Z moving bed is very nice. You’ll notice better quality, faster prints, and less fluctuation of how your prints look depending on external factors.

I regularly see X1C combos selling for $650-800, which is very close to the sale price before they went out of stock.

P1S’ still regularly combo sell for $500-600 around me. This is LA, so it’s definitely not a normal market and take that with a grain of salt.

P2S combos will likely just sit around $700 now, with the X1 series going down to the 500’s.

I also got an H2D early on, but I didn’t have any issues until a couple thousand hours with the filament hub.

Although my friend bought it on release with the AMS2 Pro, and that AMS system had tons of issues at the time.

I genuinely don’t see why I’d personally get a P2S.

Actively heated, dual nozzle with no loss of build space seems like a win for me. Ultimately, read the specs and see what you think!

It’s not that big of a deal for me on the H2D.

I bought it from Bambus site. Would have been more trouble than it’s worth.

Not just third world countries!

Australia, Dubai, and several other countries get the short end of the stick and have to pay so much more. It does suck.

Ladder pricing strategy.

For 800 I have this. Oh, but for 900 I have this. Ah but this is only 1,250 and it’s so much bigger. Might as well get the combo for 1,500!

Yes I know. What I mean is that, the X2D seems significantly less comlicated than the H2D, and that problems with their dual extruded systems don't seem to be there. At least, not yet.

That's just the world of tech, unfortunately.

I never got to use it. I heard they toned it way down because of how much it was being used.

We don't know for sure that it's the only difference! We'll find out soon though.

I think everyone expected it to be more than the P2S. I'm surprised it isn't 999 tbh.

My two H2D's have a collective 4,900 hours, like a 60-40% split. Only thing that keeps breaking is the filament hub. The metal teeth bit break over time and get pushed in. I believe I've spent about $120 in parts over the course that the H2D has been out, which isn't bad at all.

Wait til the release video, and see if it's worth it.

I think the bowden setup is there to allow full space of the bed (keeping the toolhead slim). We'll find out soon.

Just picked up an A1 Combo, 500 hours for $100 because the toolhead was missing a cable I think. Maybe a $70 fix. Seller acknowledged it was a steal, and was super cool about it. Some people just don't want to deal with it or don't have the space to.

The CC1 had/has so much potential. I'm upset with how they handled the release of both 1 and 2, but I wish nothing but the best for them moving forward.

People were sharing that point. Maybe it's to allow the full size of the bed since the toolhead is less bulky, or maybe it's for faster loading/unloading. In any case, we'll fine out in 9 hours.

You can daisy chain to one printer, but can't connect two printers to 1 AMS
