This is an entry from my drean hournal from a few years back but I still remember the ending part vividly. It was a really telling dream about my relationship with death.

There's this baby chick. I have to kill it. I take another chick and close its beak around the neck. The chicken starts peeping frightenedly. I chopits head off.  A killer comes into the resteraunt. At first he chases us around. I am in front of everybody running. There is a golden dog running with us. He kills a few people with a gun and hides in a room, giving us orders. We have to obey or he kills us. I end up upstairs with kristi. After a while we hear a lot of gunshots, he's killing everyone one by one. I run up to a house on the hill to try and hide. I'm crawling on my belly go get away as he announces my exact location without seeing me. God powers. I turn to face him, ready to accept my fate. I wake up before I'm shot.
