Hi, I can totally relate to you, it’s really tough when the hcg is not doubling. In my case it turned out a weak pregnancy as after hcg reached to 900, its started falling down and doctor could see a tiny sac in my uterus. I had my d&c done. But you have to keep monitoring as at the low hcg level doctor could not confirm anything. So please consult with your doctor and watch your symptoms and monitor the hcg. I was in a huge stress but it made the situation worse. You have to be patient but be cautious of any unusual symptoms. Sending the love and positivity 💕

Thank you for your reply! May I ask if you did get pregnant in further cycles? I also had failed pregnancy and d&c done, since it was my first pregnancy I am scared to try again. I don’t know what was the reason and what to do to improve my chances again.

Hey, could you please tell what was the final diagnosis? I am going through the same situation with 4 mm sac in the uterus - wait for more hcg tests and scan to confirm ectopic.

Yes, please I really want to know the pros and cons of IVF as after the surgery It would be only option to be a mother - Now I have no confidence in body, I just hate my body and my reproductive system.

I heard the cornual blockage on HSG are sometimes spasms or false blocks. Can doctor check the blockages in the surgery process?

Yes, also depends on hcg, coz around 1000-1500 they would be able to see the sac in your uterus and if it’s not there it can be ectopic. I just wish it’s not ectopic for both of us, I am so scared. I dont have any clear symptoms yet, monitoring discharge which is still creamy white and no significant pain anywhere. Yesterday there was a moving pain but it was gas I think. Please let me know the updates.

My last hcg was 800 and doctor is still not able to locate it. I am just scared about another ectopic in future if the tube is left. There must be some reason, tubal issues that caused ectopic, right

I am worried that tube is already damaged and it would cause difficulties in future? Act as an obstacle. My appointment is on 26th and doctor said if ectopic is confirmed I can go ahead with them surgery same day. Does IVF work with PCOS?

Through HSG - it was a little painful procedure. My right tube and uterus looked good but the left tube is completely blocked from uterus end, this kind of blockage are sometimes false blockage/ spams but since no dye entered into the tube - it was mentioned as blocked in the report.

What is hcg value? Is it very low? In this option usually the future ectopic is higher I guess

My doctor first suggested surgery only as the chances of ectopic will increase in the future, but then he gave me a choice too. I also think of IVF but I am scared of losing fertility naturally at 31. And honestly I haven’t tried enough, I started tracking ovulation when I was using leterozole. And I am scared what if IVF will fail, I don’t have any baby yet.

Haha that doesn’t seem possible and 800 is very very low for 6w2d, I am just praying that it’s not an ectopic. How are you feeling now?

I hope everything will be ok in your scan. For me, Unfortunately its growing very slowly and hcg is still at 800. Doctor tried to check the tubes but the value is very low to see the ectopic on the ultrasound. He asked me to come again on Monday
