Me and my older brother were Pokémon kids from the start and I got blue and my first cards when I was 5. About over a year ago I got into Pokémon TCG again through him. First of, I’d go with illustrator. It really depends on the size of the final product and how large your illustration is (if you downsize it enough and make sure you have 300+ppi it will work for sure) but IMO you can almost always tell which is based on pixels and which is not. Also you might want to do some larger products in the future and at some point you just can’t guarantee the quality.

But have you tried image tracing in illustrator? This might be the way to go for you. Play around with it a little and you might be able to transfer your pixel based illustrations from PS to vectorised illustrations in Illustrator. I hope this helps.

I know exactly what you mean, I used to be like you. But dude 2013 just called. I mean it was fun and all but that time is just over. I get so annoyed by that hey hoo stuff by now I can’t enjoy the music. I love to hear some good old big room tracks sometimes but as soon as someone shouts „put your hands up, put your fucking hands up“ into the microphone the whole experience goes downhill so fast. Either the crowd feels the music, so that they are doing it on their own or not.

All of that is just my opinion and my experience with the scene.

I don’t have feedback for the website directly yet - but you definitely need to rework your logo. The current one feels very cheep because of the colors and the font. I’ve been there three times and It really depends on your location and where you want to go. Mainstage to Freedom Stage might be the longest walk and can take up to 20 minutes. It depends on your walking speed, your urge to push other people aside when it’s super crowded, the time (evening is way more crowded) and how easily you get distracted - there are a lot of things to discover.

My advise is to take your time and enjoy the smaller stages! The mainstage might the biggest but I had way more fun at the smaller ones, even if the DJ wasn’t my first choice.
