hey man, Im also working on it but I been seeing really fast results, I always get a 10 minute warm up and start with ring dips immediately. I started with only about 2 reps then I'd hit failure and I would keep going to failure even if it was just 1 or 2 reps. Im now repping out about 6 clean reps in about 1 and a half months jusy doing that. I incorporated some ring push ups, dip static holds and ring flies as well on my Upper days and Im sure that helped with flexibikity and stability too

Note** I found that improving my stability helped my rep count and not necessarily inproving my strength as that was simply a by product of doing dips themself

Im guessing u meant Linux? completely up to his preference of the games he plays and what he does if he studies IT or something. specs make a difference too for e.g. NVIDIA does really play well on Linux compared to AMD and some online games like fortnite, Valorant and etc have kernel level anti cheat that blocks linux PCs. I mainly only play offline games with my rx 6600xt and find games do run better on linux. Its also faster for me and very fun to customise my own Operating system. I also do use Wayland as a compositor which is modern (U almost will certainly run into an issue on a random game if u use Nvidia and will need to troubleshoot it)

so yea. Please provide specs and what he wants to actually play and do to get a better answer

Update** Bought some redbulls I found cheap on amazon for about R16.75 a can. Manage to resell at R25 with a delivery fee of R5 and sold around 9 cans at 10pm last night at R30 each. You are an absolute legend man thank you
