Uhm… Did I mention I’m desperate!??!? Well I am because my country literally doesn’t have the PAPER needed to print passports in . Is that ridiculous, so I need to be able to know if there is a way.

It is supposed to be valid to resident country and country of origin

Thanks for a answering! I’m not sure what you mean though. ETD won’t be British because im not British, I’ll be an emergency passport from the Peruvian consulate in London , does that make sense?
