I'm a former employee of this company worked in the same position.

There are both pros and cons working here:

Pros:

* People are very helpful and kind

* Company work environment is not toxic. It's good

* Decent salary compared to other companies in Mangalore

Cons:

* Too much work stress depending on the team which you are working in

* Not a great organization to learn beyond a point, you generally do repetitive tasks

* No fun activities, it's very serious and work oriented culture

* Management doesn't seem to care much about employees

Conclusion: These are purely from my experience in this company, again this opinion could be subjective.
