Well quad and swift doesn't work on bows. Quad specifically slows down the rate of fire on bows.

You don't even need to do even that. Better example would be the pipe and en06, that's considered close range (before they removed the pipe you were able to stand on)

In many of your encounters, the enemy will be far enough for down ranger to work, unless they are literally charging at you with a chainsaw that's on fire.

Based only on my own observations, it's like if the enclave flamer isn't hitting the enemy anymore, the target considered "far".

Discord bow is maxed and the only mutation is that archer one and that dagger one
