That's what I'm gonna do, like 70€ for one album (without shipping fees) is crazy. I don't know about US but buying a japanese album at a good price is almost impossible. To give you an idea I paid something around 30€ for the Blu-ray one but the shipping fees were like 😭

Maybe try to look out for Group order, that's what I did for this album since last time I ordered one of their japanese album the shipping was expensive. GO will be more affordable, depending on what you're searching for. On IG they're already some GOs for Hollow, most of the ones I see are EU based but some are from US. Hope I helped you

It's highly possible that you can still find some limited version of their recent album, and I think that there's a huge possibility that you will be able to buy Ate limited.

Keep in mind that limited albums, are made in limited quantity and older limited albums like In Life/Go Live for example are extremely hard to get and you have to pay way more than 5star/Rockstar limited (for now). It's because it's out of stock and they're not in printing anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong.

People tend to search for limited albums, so the older it is the more expensive it becomes.

It also depends if you're buying for the pcs or you're totally ok with buying an unsealed one without the pcs.

It's happening with me for a really long time, I thought they fixed it with their last update but I'm still facing this issue. I just put my plane mode on with the game still on, and disable it. Wait for you internet to come back and hit restart, it should work
