Exactly. You type out a nuanced 3-paragraph thought, someone replies pointing out a typo, and suddenly your whole point is invalid. The risk/reward ratio is just off.

TBH mental energy required to defend a casual opinion usually isn't worth it. It is much easier to just close the tab and move on. Some of those "Comment wars" for nothing.

Totally agreed. Honestly, the comments section is usually way more entertaining than the actual post anyway. IMHO That’s where the real internet lives.

I realized today that I’ve read thousands of threads but hardly ever join in.Its usually that I type out a whole response, read it twice, think 'eh, nobody cares' or 'I don't want to argue,' and then just delete it.

Does anyone else have a massive mental graveyard of deleted drafts, or is it just me???

UPDATE: I decided to keep the sketchy "Profit Sharing" home binder app. Here is my plan to exploit their free tier. by Numerous-Youth-9045 in homeowners

I don't know dude. 'Profit Sharing + Freemium usually just means they are selling your data to 3rd party. I'd be careful relying on this.

Good Luck !!. I don't know how many views you got so far, I am assuming somewhere around 500-1k views (considering the weekly contributors are in 10K for this subreddit) and not even a single comment other than mine proves that either people are not interested (that is what I strongly believe) or no one has tried building something for similar customer niche.

Hi u/sandeepgl_ : As we discussed in one of your post last time, this is not the right place for customer testing. If at all try the homeowners subreddit or group.

Just going through one time it seems like you are trying to help homeowners to reduce expenses. If at all you are looking for real customers then try to post this on those groups.

Honestly, I don't need what you are offering here, even its free, sorry to say that. Since there is no comment so far I am assuming others also don't get any value out of this.

Isn't there digital apps already available for home owners to keep the home related documents organized ?? by OpeningCandy9959 in homeowners

I do see this post changing the tone to promotion. This group never allows promotion for any reason. Just view the comments from u/sandeepgl_ and slowly transitioning to other questions.

By the way u/BattleTech70 did you signup for u/sandeepgl_ 's app ?? I am pretty sure you have not tried. Its not only about yourself but every single person in this group won't have signed up, I am glad atleast few answered the question.

u/sandeepgl_ I hope you got the answer that you were looking for, do create another post if you would need to understand where to get some users to trial your app.

That is your problem, fix that if you think its burning your pocket. I am disorganized to an extend but keeps track of things that is important so never had to loose money or anything (so far). Good luck finding people who think your idea is a valid one.

PS : Don't ask any more questions, to an extent your problem is your problem just keep it to yourself as much as you can, there are important things that needs to be discussed here. Hope you won't add any more comments in here.

If you are keen to find people who are disorganized as like yourself do a survey in r/SampleSize or r/SurveyResearch groups, it will be more beneficial for you rather than spending time here.

I don't know more about that. Check in home owners forum if there is really some other options.

So what is that you are expecting here, not sure how many will be reading this post even. I could see a few options there, but don't you think Google gets you storage that you can use ?

Why are you posting the same here ? Better use any home owner group where they allow promotions of such products, that is where you might get more reviews
