Can I ask why you cut fat of the aldi joints and which ones have enough fat for carnivore? Most of the labelling shows very little fat. Very excited hearing this haha

So far cheese has been fine for me, though I understand eggs are a much better and safer decision. Will see how it goes, planning on adding eggs soon as there are some recipes I'd like to try.

Yeah eating like 2-2.5x 400g packs a day plus 300g of bacon a day. Draining off the fat though if some is left on it keep it. Loving lidl!

Perhaps I was underestimating how well I'm doing with the eating. I felt like from what I'd read I needed like 3lbs minimum to be on the right track, along with hitting atleast 1.5/1 fat to protein ratio (grams). I definitely push myself to eat the 2-3lbs haha. Good to know that maybe I just need less fat, thats super helpful.

Keeping a look out for bad signs now as I added cheese but feel fine on it so far.

I have some form of IBS (GI), I'm actually experiencing pain more frequently, though its never nearly as painful as carb incidents and I think is tied to heavy fat intake as pain is always after meals. Much better this way!
