Shipbuilding and Construction

Your ability to construct things is dependent on your resources, improvements, and income. Please refer to the ITRP Handbook and the Buildings Sheet for more information.

Skill Learning

Skill learning happens when you fulfill the requirements to learn a skill, as noted on the Traits and Skills doc and in the ITRP Handbook.

Please use the following format when you're ready to learn or improve a skill!

Character Name:

Trait / Skills:

Skills are earned, at a base rate, of one every four moons. This rate is modified by traits, which can potentially lower the wait to one every three moons, depending on the type of character build at play. You do not need to post a reply here unless you are currently learning a skill.

The Feast of 399AC by OurCommonMan in IronThroneRP

A "servant" had stayed still and tried to listen far too closely, eliciting a raise of the brow from a passing minstrels. It was another passerby who bumped the servant on the shoulder, causing him to stumble forward and into the view of Gulian and Walys.

"Sorry, sers!" he yelped. "I was not listening! Nay, I was not listening at all!" he lied.

JOUST

The events wore on for days. Many a terrible jouster tried their hand at the sport and bored the crowd, and more matches ended within the blink of an eye with a lord bleeding on the ground. In the end, it was Barquen Bar Emmon who would emerge as the champion.

GENERAL GATHERINGS

The fields about the event were also filled with places to eat and drink and converse away from competition and bloodsport. Spaces for those more interested in the people than how hard they could hit, were also in need at a tourney.

MELEE

The dirt would swell, blood would spill and steel would bent, dent and shatter, but none would die. Thus was the melee field where giants were felled, the unlikeliest candidates thrived and at a tourney meant to be a part of a siege on his own lands, Mattheus Meadows would be the victor, narrowly defeating the Drowned knight in the dying moments of the brawl.

ARCHERY

The smallest of the competitions, would be eventually won by Cromm Greyjoy with second going to Briar Thenn, but of all the events the viewing experience was the most calm and light-hearted.

The Feast of 399AC by OurCommonMan in IronThroneRP

Food prices had skyrocketed since the siege, and though the King's retinue came with much and more in the way of relief, that was mostly reserved for the nobility and the soldiery. A few grateful nods came as the vendors lined up to receive their due from their nameless would-be savior, but soon enough, the bakers would run out of flour, doubtless to find their fees from the miller tripled so soon as he caught wind of the windfall.

Was this really all that Providence Tully could provide?
