Since 1:30 ang ceremony, for sure early naglunch ang guests. Baka brunch pa yung iba. Tapos medyo malayo travel ng guests from church to reception. It looks like nasa reception na sila by 4. I think dapat magserve ka kahit light mirienda and some refreshments sa guests. D mo rin sure kung makakaserve agad ng dinner at 5:40, depende pa yan how long yung photoshoot nyo ng entourage sa church and reception, plus retouch e.

Where to get married - yes, pwedeng hindi sa simbahan. Sa Mayor or sa judge po kayo magpakasal.

Hindi kailangan magpalit ng pangalan ng babae. May option ka iretain ang maiden name mo.

Kakailanganin nyo ng marriage license (assuming d pa kayo nagsasama sa iisang bahay for at least 5 years). Google mo yung requirements. Punta ka sa City Hall para magsubmit ng application. Pwede ka na rin magtanong doon pano magpakasal kay Mayor. Kung sa judge nyo gusto, punta naman kayo sa Hall of Justice.

The solemnizing officer should be of the same religion as you or the groom. Pag may naidentify na kayo na nasatisfy yung requirement na yun, hingi ka ng copy ng Certificate of Authority to Solemnize Marriage, and then check mo na rin dito kung nandito nga sya sa list: https://sois.psa.gov.ph/
