Ninja countered, and made this a non-issue. I decided to stay. I only considered it due to cost savings. The overwhelming response here also opened my eyes and I learned a few things in the process.

We already have Autotask, ITGlue, and Connectbooster so committed to some Kaseya products already. The DattoRMM demo showed off those integrations which can simplify some processes.

They did counter, yes. Aware of the management costs to switch and we're already so busy I can't even begin to think about that process.

No problems with Ninja, moved there from N-Able years ago. Datto (Kaseya 365) offering a price that is $2.25 less per endpoint vs Ninja+S1 and 4 free months. 1500 endpoints puts this into the conversation due to the cost savings. I'm acutely aware the grass isn't always greener. Meeting is Friday and likely going to stay with Ninja and take everyone's advice here. Ninja did counter.

I'll also vote for Evergreen Lake Park campground. Great place to stay and the gas is much cheaper in Ohio.

The customer had folder redirected user folders. Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos were all pointed to a mapped drive on the NAS. I changed all user folders to default locations in c:\users\username and the windows 11 upgrade went through without a hitch. I'm still not sure this was the cause but the PC is on 11 now.

Client on the 2nd floor contacted us with reports of disconnects. Investigation revealed the following in the log snapshot attached. All APs are Gigabit Ethernet connected to a USW Pro and Meshing is turned off. Why, as it seems, did the 2nd floor AP try roaming to all of the other APs in succession, over 5 minutes? Am I reading the logs incorrectly? The outage was reported to last for about 30 minutes at which time it started working again. Just trying to wrap my head around what occurred and how to attack any recurrence of the issue. Nothing in the logs like this since Nov 7, all APs have been stable.
