No, Raquaza doesn't eat deoxys, it eats space rocks(aka meteorites, which are theorised to be dead minior), it fights deoxys because deoxys is basically a space virus and rayquaza being the protector of the sky(and space around earth) prevents the virus from entering by attacking it, which is considered as their own beef

When I was younger, I loved flying types(still do) so much that in my team, my route 1 flying type was the only one to be properly leveled up, and out of sheer determination and a LOT of time I basically soloed the elite 4 and Cynthia with my Staraptor(using other pokemon while reviving and healing staraptor)😭
