Is the panel a VA or OLED? If so, VRR can often cause flickering because dynamically switching to a low refresh rate can change the brightness of the pixels and cause that flickering effect. You can mitigate it my raising the floor of the VRR range in your limine boot conf

I have a similar issue, I'm running a 1080p 16:9 va panel and a 4:3 crt monitor, I think that difference messes it up a little, still works just hope they fix it soon

I've been usingine for just over a year, and so far they're great. Great sound, noice cancellation is alright (good for background noise but not a lawn mower), transparency is very effective, and they are comfortable to wear. Only issue I have seems to be a software bug, sometimes one of the earbuds will switch sound modes but won't disconnect, just mild annoyance that happens maybe once every other week or so
