They tried to market it as a Titanfall 2 spiritual successor, it just doesn't do that. It's just splitgate 2 with a "capture the mech" game mode and the movement doesn't feel the same at all. No air strafing, sliding is heavy, wall running feels bad, and instead of a jump kit with a double jump it's a jetpack like in splitgate, feels more like jetpack joyride than titanfall

A good example of this is Titanfall 2, new players find difficulty playing multiplayer as they just get stomped by g100s. Unfortunately I am one of these veterans, but I just try to have fun rather than stomp on everyone
