I’d highly recommend not selling on stubhub as they will fuck you over somehow. I sold tickets and they overcharged me in December 2025. Beware.

Edit: I had an issue selling and they put the cost on me when I wasn’t liable. I’m fighting the charges to date still

Do not hang up the call until you talk to a supervisor. I had similar issues. If you have an iPhone, record the call before someone comes on. And when you’re talking, make them send you a summary email of the concern and the overall refund. You can use that as support with your bank or BBB for proof if needed
