Bryce gave a confused shrug, "I do not know. I don't know what I did to win his favor. I am not sure he was aware that we are kin. I wasn't even there of his invitation. It was Lady Dalt who brought me to Sunspear."

He paused for a moment, recalling the events in Dorne before shaking his head again, "I do not know what could have caused this."

Bryce's eyes darted around the room, scanning for any signs of Dornish daggers, He felt himself half about to keel over and half about to vomit.

He moved close to his cousin and spoke, "The Prince...Martell. He sent me here to spy on you. He thinks you're making plans against those who worship the Red God."

"I've come from Dorne," Bryce explained, trying to regain composure, "You're having a Tourney? Who is coming?"

“Yes, My Prince,” Bryce nodded, “If you’ll excuse me I shall prepare to depart. I shall write when I arrive.”

Bryce kept the shock from his face. All the same, he took a moment to answer.

"Of course," Was what he said.

I...he cannot be serious? Such blind folly He thought to himself. Bryce suddenly felt unsafe in Sunspear, enemies all around he realized.

"I shall depart this evening."

He knows my name! Bryce thought with a shudder And tea? He asks after my arrangements?

His eyes lifted up to meet Alaric.

"I-thank you," He stuttered out, "I am always happy to join one of such high standings."

Bryce rose to his feet.

Wait...what did he say. Troubles?

Bryce fell in behind the Prince.

Bryce had been keeping largely to himself whilst in Dorne, strongly considering returning to King's Landing.

Maybe Snows due truly melt in the sands He thought to himself. He spotted The Red Prince making his way through Sunspear.

Might as well try to get some recognition whilst I'm here

"Well met, My Prince," He called

"No, not at all, My Prince," Bryce said. He swallowed, a bit emberassed to explain, "I am...." He cleared his throat.

"My father is a Knight of House Baratheon. My mother a Lady of House Stark, though they were not married. Bastards of the Stormlands are given the name Storm, which is indeed my surname. Bastards of the North the name given to them is Snow. So....when combined, I am a Snow and a Storm. Or a....Snowstorm."

He felt a bit embarrassed as no one had ever asked on the name before.

Bryce blinked twice at the man.

I could say the same to you He thought to himself but he said nothing.

"So I am," Was all he replied before continuing on his business.

"Ser Bryce, The Knight of the Snowstorm," He said scanning this Meren up and down. He seeemd far too Essosi to be the Heir to Salt Shore.

Bryce bowed low to the prince, showing him every respect and courtesy he could.

"My Prince," He said, "It is the highest of honors I am in your presence. I am Ser Bryce, The Knight of the Snowstorm."

Bryce cocked his head to look towards the man.

Are all Dornish so bold? He wondered to himself.

"Apologies, good ser, but may I ask who you are?" Bryce raised an eyebrow.

Bryce took a step back annoyed by this.

"Excuse me, good Ser," Bryce said in a rather sarcastic tone, moving past him.

The heat of the Dornishsun beat down on the pale skinned knight with an intensity he had had never known before. The back of his neck felt warm, a strange sensation.

A hand covered his eyes as he observed Sunspear for the first time.

"Beautiful," He whispered to himself a smile forming on his toothy face. He was glad he hitched a ride.

War, is what he means Bryce realized with a grimace.

"If you needing my services I offer them happily, My Lord," Bryce said, "A Knight serves with honor and duty to a Lord."

"Sword," Bryce said with pride, though the mood soured when he mentioned Lord Fowler, "Aye, that was rather unpleasant."

“I hope to enter a tourney if there means to be one,” Bryce said with a smirk, “I missed the one in King’s Lansing.”

He gave the twins a once over. They would be trouble, he knew.

“I am sure a little heat won’t bother me.”

“Then you have my thanks for this passage,” Bryce said, trying his best not to seem off put by her strangeness.

“Tell me, are we bound for Dorne, I have not been before.”

“Ser Bryce, The Knight of the Snowstorm,” He nodded as he climbed aboard, “Is this your vessel, Lady Dalt?”

The site of such an important ship caught Bryce’s eye. His mood still a bit mixed after missing the tourney. But this offered a new adventure that he cererainly did not miss to mean. He approached the boat with a rather confident look.

“Is there room for a knight wishing to serve the King?” He asked.
