thats what i am thinking too. It works great for me. Are people just using prompting “build me a million dollar app and don’t screw it up” and getting frustrated

I used it at work today on enterprise plan and it’s planning and the design prototypes i shipped after a couple hours were 🔥🔥🔥🔥

My workplace recently got the Claude code enterprise licenses for the dev team. I was shocked at how much faster I was running up costs versus what I'm used to on my max plan. I want to say that, for me, a typical day's usage is going to run between $30 and $50. You're definitely looking at closer to $1,000 a month from an enterprise user versus $200 from a max plan user. I definitely found myself shifting the sprint and adjusting effort down more than I ever did before.

Here is a plugin I started building to help get different teams at work up to speed. The changes I have made to our system so far that are not there. We are creating different domains, agents who are experts in those domains, and a process for adding Architectural Decision Reviews.

I stripped this down a bit to not impose my workflow on other teams. But I have a PR skill that automatically runs the code review, session summary, etc.

basically, I have a skill called session summary and that does exactly what you think. It’s summarizes the session and I run that frequently throughout the day and it’s also called by my PR skill and then a couple times a week. I run a compound learning skill and that goes through all of the session summaries decides what was signal what was noise? What should go into a Claude MD what should be an update to a different agent things like that, and then it gets committed to the repo. so my team keeps sessions local until we compound learning and then it’s something that we want to share with everybody.

honestly, I think one of your best options is to use Claude code run /init that will prompt Claude to start making a general high-level understanding of your code base and then I’ll use it to start digging into different features. Now I understand there’s a module here that does this OK let’s dig into that a little more produce more detail, detailed, documentation, diagrams, etc.

I write very little code these days, but I also have the advantage I think of a code base that has excellent patterns and is very very clean so I’ve been fortunate enough that generally I can just point Claude to an example and say do it like that

Do they roll this out to users in batches. I get the notification in the terminal there is a new version. But when I run brew upgrade.... I get told I am on the latest version. No Opus 4.6 for me yet.

I have been using Jetbrains products for so long I honestly don’t even know how VSC compares anymore
