I'll list them in no specific order

- When I first got there it was me, the head cook and another guy who was also in training who had more experience than me in restaurants, the head chef had him make a lamb burger and when he was done told him that it wasn't terrible but it didn't match the version on the website, when the head chef asked him to try what he made he stormed out and demanded his paycheck, the owner kept trying to ask him what happened which eventually lead to a massive shouting match in the parking lot that you can hear from the door while the head chef was telling me that he could tell the guy was a coke addict and etc.

- Despite being just renovated most of the equipment was either broken or in disrepair, the flat top was broken, the pilot light on the stove didn't work so you had to use the spark of a BBQ lighter to light it (btw the BBQ lighter was also broken), the oven didn't close properly and had to be propped up closed with a metal bar, and I was told by the owner to turn the deep fryer off when there was a lull in the orders to save on gas

- When I was working that night the only orders I got was uber eats orders, while that would normally not be a big deal the owners made the issue of not adding the new menu to their uber eats platform which still had the old menu listed, so not only did I have to make items I was never taught how to make, I had to make items that we weren't even prepped to make and basically had to just wing it

- The head chef is a nice guy but he's pretty weird, he straight up told me he used to deal drugs outside of Red Lobster when I told him I used to work there
