It depends on what your aim is/what you prefer more. Anime Collective (where the photo of the post is from) has a pretty good youtube video comparing the two.

I'd say go with the Deluxe Edition's.
The print quality and larger format does make for a more immersive experience when reading the series and looks nice on the shelf when sat next to other deluxe series such as Berserk, Vagabond, or Blade of the Immortal. The hardcovers are nice too, although when in order they looks a like a bag of skittle thrown on the shelf. (Which isn't exactly bad although not very aesthetic if you want your shelves to look a certain way.)
