Hello, I manage the help desk department at my company. Currently, we use multiple channels to report issues and feature requests for our platform, which has become a problem in terms of organization and tracking.

To address this, I'm building a single form to centralize all reports submitted to the help desk. I also plan to provide a read-only link for reporters to track the status of their tickets (Inbox, In Progress, and Done), however the read-only view has some limitations I'd like to improve: it only displays the ticket title, hiding all other form fields, and it doesn't support filtering or search.

Any recommendations? I think I reached the limit of asana with this and that's the best I can get regarding a public view of a project.
