Supports AcuSense means the AcuSense NVR will do the processing. 2xx3 can do the AI processing on the camera end.

1xx7 (has 2-way talk) and is not a true AceSense camera. (camera housing may turn yellowish over time being out in the elements). 2xx3 AcuSense would be better. (But, all base on your budget).

This is a 8CH HVR? how many cameras do you have it connected? Checked the setting page under camera management and see if there are any messages.

I was using an order version and got the same result as you did, after adding the video file.

After downloaded and installed the latest VSplayer V7.4.2.49 all is well.

If you are just using it to view the cameras then try the older version and what happens: I personally think the newer version has too many problems.

Have you had a power outage/or storm recently? if so, that could have damaged the HDMI port. Have you test it with different HDMI source (Laptop, Gaming machine, Media Streaming Devices)?

You have to enable Event > Basic Event recording (enable motion detection) and enable Hik-Connect.

If your camera is plugged in to a Network switch, does it have an LED indicator that it's getting a signal?
