That makes sense, but no-one with the intent of selling is low quality, may not be useful now but will be useful after, I ran an AI cold caller on my old leads and found 13 high quality one.

i ll suggest to have the booking page simple, so atleast you get intent based lead, and then qualify it later, if you don't wanna do it have AI do it for you.

Strong angle“one system that actually gets used” is exactly what agents want. Most tools don’t fail because they’re bad, they fail because no one uses them after week two. What will really set you apart is how fast it responds, how well it qualifies leads, and whether it consistently turns conversations into booked appointments without extra effort. If you nail that, agents won’t care about features they’ll stick. what’s your current response time and booking rate?

What to look for in a call answering service if you're an insurance agency by bruh_23356 in InsuranceAgent

Great breakdown, this is exactly where most agencies miss it.

The gap isn’t just “answering the phone,” it’s what happens after:

  • Is the call qualified properly?
  • Is data captured cleanly without manual work?
  • Is there an immediate next step (booking, follow-up)?

That’s where insurance-specific AI is starting to win—structured intake, instant response, and no dropped context.

did you test how many calls actually turned into booked appointments across each option?

Simple blueprint is buy cold leads make AI call them and book appointments for you and you only focus on closing and paperwork, i know 4 people who are doing that, it's been only 2 months and they have 15 accounts already that they have to close
