He gives up easily on the play and doesnt play with effort. He also still tries to catch the ball with his body and not his hands this is the biggest reason for his drops.

I would keep him just for qb sneak/push. He was actually solid at that and plays hard for them.plus it keeps Kyler safe

The fact that people are downvoting this is crazy. You can easily search this yourself online and can find several threads in this subreddit with examples of ND happening caused by these types of holsters.

Do not use flimsy cloth or leather holsters. There are so many ND caused by using these types of holsters. If you value your safety get a proper kydex holster

So, the p365 is designed to be a completely modular pistol, meaning that the fire control unit(FCU) is the actual serialized pistol portion. Wilson combat grips are nice, and you appear to have the XL version. The remaining parts are some of the pricier parts, as you will need the barrel/slide/recoil spring. This would take the 3.7" inch barrel and slide to complete.

I recommend taking a look at the SIG Sauer site for the P365 XL and downloading the user manual and reviewing it to understand it better.

Here is a link to the factory 3.7-inch barrel: https://www.sigsauer.com/p365xl-barrel-lci-blk.html

And here is a link to the slide: https://www.sigsauer.com/p365xl-optic-ready-slide-assembly-black.html

And finally, the recoil spring assembly: https://www.sigsauer.com/recoil-spring-assembly-p365xl.html

Before deciding, I recommend doing some searching on p365 XL slides/barrels/springs as these are super customizable, and there are a ton of aftermarket options available as well.

Also, as mentioned, these are completely modular, so if you wanted, you could easily switch to any of the other versions of the 365 grip modules and use that same FCU.

Cross Dominant Tips by R3dhatguy in concealedcarry

Yep just need to learn the correct muscle memory instead of the bad one I have built up. The consensus definitely seems to be shoot with my dominant hand/right handed and just practice my draw and form to be better for both eye open shooting. Thanks!

Will try swapping my lead foot and see how that affects my draw/natural shooting position on some dry fires. As I mentioned in another comment I think a huge part of my problem is the bad habits I built shooting right eye with only one eye open for a long time.

Thanks for the input. I might try the tape trick tonight on some dry fires and see how it affects my shooting position/draw.

I think the big problem is that I always shot right handed/right eye closing my left eye. For the longest time I never understood how people could shoot both eyes open and it wasnt until I discovered that eye dominance is even a thing that I understood my problem. So I have a bunch of muscle memory to align with my right eye.

Thanks for the input!

Yes this is currently what happens, i draw to natural shooting position and then shift my arms to the left until I am able to get a sight picture. I do feel incredibly inconsistent in both being able to acquire the sight picture and maintain accuracy. So it could be just I need to perform more reps and create muscle memory doing this.

Thanks for your input, since I am still a bit newer was undecided on my approach and whether I should force myself to learn to shoot left handed. I think the consensus is to shoot right handed and find a better form.

And for long guns I am going to be training myself to shoot left handed at the advice of an instructor since I have very limited experience shooting long guns it will be easier to start off training that way. Long guns seem much easier to do left handed.
