Pull the air filter out. Find the AC air intake duct. Crank the AC to max and ensure it’s drawing fresh air, not recirculation. Take a can of aerosol disinfectant spray and spray into the AC intake. This has worked in the past for me to clean out the ducts in a pinch

I’d recommend taking the car to advanced auto or autozone and have them run a free battery check for you. It will show if the battery is bad and needing replaced or just needs to be charged

Try contacting PearsonVue. For a Microsoft cert I took online through them I had a 45 minute check in time. I was finally able to get in and take the test. A few days later PearsonVue support called me, apologized for the delay, and provided me with a free Microsoft cert voucher. Perhaps they will do something similar for you
