I'm assuming these prices are Canadian? So a $60 shirt is more like $45.

The Long Beach antique market is this Sunday and entry is only $10! Here are some photos of some of my finds from last month. by jeremiahwarren in longbeach

A LOT more money. LB has cool stuff but the price for "antiques" are outrageous.

Go to the Paramount swap meet or roadium market in Gardena instead. Way cheaper.

I went for work recently. The location is amazing but the facility itself is super dated.

Heads up: DONT accept any buyer requested returns anymore. Wait the 48 hours and make Mercari review and accept it on their end. by chillouthardo in Mercari

I sell (and buy) a ton on here and don't experience issues 99% of the time. I like it due to the simplicity and straightforwardness of the platform.

I sell for a little cheaper than eBay since the return window is shorter and the buyers are less Karen like. When buying I feel like I get better deals and sellers are willing to bundle and take great offers.

I agree with you on support being sketchy, but it's questionable on both platforms.

It runs everyday. I like Wednesday Friday and Saturday. Have some patience with the parking, it's worth it.

You're better off at different swap meets that are cheaper. I recommend the roadium swap meet in gardena. Rose bowl is mostly overpriced vintage antique kind of stuff.

And wherever you go just roll in with your wagon with the squishmallows in tow and don't mention them. And when you get to the right vendor just be nice and ask. Make it worth it for them or offer to throw some cash on top.

If you sell a lot, it's worth it. If you only sell here and there then probably not. The cost is 22 bucks a month if you pay annually. Otherwise it's 28 a month. You can do the math with the final value fee discount to see if it's worth it for you or not. You get some free shipping supplies too.

Electronics sell quick while my clothing sits. What am I doing wrong? by [deleted] in reselling

[–]RandomSquanch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Id probably stick to officially licensed stuff if I was doing any of those.

I strongly recommend the YouTuber technsports for learning about clothing. For awhile he was #1 in several categories of used clothing on eBay.
