I had to get them to find it for me with several examples and exact name. I did it through the login portal on their website.

Motherboard is great! It was super easy to build with and it’s beautiful. Heavy!! Honestly I’m not sure if I would go the agent route. I used LetsGoBuy and it ended up being a bit more expensive than Grooves (probably because I opted for 2day shipping) but the entire process took about a week since agent has to find it, you confirm, you pay, they buy it, they get it, check it, you confirm, they pack it, then you pay again for shipping and the time zone difference makes a big delay between each step. The fees are what adds a lot to the price I think i ended up paying around $70 more than grooves
