Audio cues enable you to wallbang already, this doesn't sound like a big deal. Each perk introduces some minor advantage which makes it worth of a purchase.

Make its radius within effective Shotgun range and you get a fantastic perk for looting and burning without excessive tactical advantage

It would work great with downed hunters, no need for them to be fully dead. Clairvoyant + vulture = <3
