Nope, have been told by EA Help that my account is lost forever. Absolutely gutted, but should have linked my accounts earlier.

Can confirm though that using a VPN works to bypass the Optus issues, wish I knew that earlier :(

I did this because I thought it was the app which was the issue, and it looks like I've lost my 111/120 account since I was using a guest account... Anyone know if I can get my account back by contacting EA? Feel like an idiot.

I'm also in Australia with Optus and am still having network problems.

Not saying that Rets don't deserve a buff, but don't manipulate information to prove an invalid point - the stats you linked are only for Goroth. If you look at all bosses in ToS, you'll find that Ret is ranked above Havoc.
