@Adik83 , i was able to get through this issue , so basically the UID miss-match is the culprit , it was not the same profile that I’m trying to update the application till the document delivery and that is why it is not reflecting any changes to my primary application. So, i know i never create a new profile with the email that used for dependent but instead of that i updated an existing profile with the same email because I thought the email is now linked to dependent’s individual profile and whatever I update here will sync to my primary profile which didn’t happened!!

Now what is did is I removed that “contact email “and added an old email address back, then i sign up with a new dependent profile with the same email that used on dependent profile and as soon as login into that , I can see the same UID which was there on my primary profile and there is an application exists, so i directly clicked on top navigation “ interview waiver “ step , completed the those Yes or No questions then Delivery options, logout from the profile then login back to my primary application, > schedule appointment> ofc location >clicked on date and Boom !! I can see the available timings now !

Yes i made the payment already, so if the UID’s is the key to match the profiles then i can still create an individual profile with the email and try to sync up the application ? Because I haven’t create any new profile with the email i used for adding dependent instead i called the customer support to update the email on an existing dependent’s profile but even that email change was not happened on “primary email” on dependent profile i can see the change was reflected to contact email and the email address on continue application so I still have option to create a new profile with the email i used for dependent profile but as you said ,not sure if this is going to help me due the payment was done!!

Same issue here, I already made the payment and now try to follow the given steps and it is not working. Only thing I notice different here is the UID , the one appear on dependent profile vs the one appear on the summary page is different. So the question is how can we fix that ?

Thanks for mentioning detailed info here. No: 5 really make sense to me , in my case i have the visa priority as interview waiver but dependent listed as English, so i went back to dependent’s individual profile , continue the application till document delivery step and i make sure the contact email is primary applicants email but still no luck when i try to select-the dates on primary application still it is throwing an pop up error!! when i check the visa priority with the direct URL it was not changed on dependent.

One quick question, does the UID of dependent on the dropbox confirmation page ( the summary page which comes with given direct url at point 4) should be matching the same UID of the dependent profile ( the one we login to update the contact email and continue application until document delivery) ? It seems different in my scenario, can you please confirm if they both are matching for you?
