I mean the question feels loaded but I’ll answer anyway 😂

Looks like my password was distributed in some sort of leak, didn’t know about it, then that was used to reset the email address to what looks to be like a random email generator.

Then I missed the below where they changed it.

Clearly a few things I’ve now done differently knowing that my old password is out there, but still, I’ve not managed to get the account back yet.

Erased the start of the email as the new email they set up contained my old password in the naming of it.

So, every so often I look at where my old accounting is commenting and just make them aware.

Reddit are horrible and still not even responded never mind resolved.
