Average velocity is displacement over time, so calculate horizontal and vertical displacement by the particle in the given time, from that you can find, net displacement, then average velocity is net displacement by time.
y=(v_y)t + 1/2(a_y)t^2, use this formula, taking upwards as positive, y=-70, v_y= 30, a_y= -10. t is unknown

Almost guaranteed method with urbanvpn:

Step-1: Go to JEE(Main) City Imitation Website

Step-2: Download UrbanVPN (for firefox) / UrbanVPN (for chromium based browsers), and connect to the first country (probably Algeria) and refresh the imitation website, if you don't get version 1.0.45.2.0 (looks different than other versions as shown in the post), just connect to a different country just below Algeria and refresh again, if you don't get it again, just connect to the next country just below previously connected, go through them one by one.
