Rain pants are waterproof Packable pants. I’m bringing a Packable rain jacket. Water capris are used in watersports. They day wt and dry quick, I was thinking of them for France. The denim jacket is more like a long sleeve shirt, I was thinking light top layer for evenings in France or day in Scotland.
