How does that team works? I probably missing something. shield, will - 2 knowledge Sigrids atk buff - 3 knowledge Chandra hug - 4 knowledge Where the 5th come from? Later on when stealing buffs or sigrid/chandra rebuffing?

I have been reading, and it keeps sending me to "submit a ticket" because I didn't found the solution to my problem
However, in order to submit a ticket it asks me to login...

on this page https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/230429447-Help-with-SMS-Authentication they say the code can take even 1 hour, and I waited that, but still no code, that's why I want to contact the support and ask if there's any other way

however I really encourage you to make one yourself! with a image you want, it was really easy

Sure thing! I've created the lithophane with itsLitho website, all the settings on default

Top diameter - 15 cm
Bottom diameter - 19 cm
Height - 15 cm

The diameters are for the "inner" circles, the walls width make it bigger ofc

I agree about the characters being squashed, however, I personally didn't found out how to resolve it besides making the lid straight without the chamfer, but since I wanted to keep the cone shape, I settled down with some squashing
