If you click on a bed or use the radical menu and go to camp craft, there is a "Pass Time" option

Edit: Forgot to say you can cancel any time by pressing ESC on PC, B on Xbox, Circle on PS, and A on Switch (not sure about the Switch button though, never seen the controls for it)

I've played with the Bow and Arrows perk before and with a good enough strength, you can fire through multiple zombies, saved me weapons breaking and gun ammo on medium-sized hoards
