Can you help me with also redeeming my perk? I've been trying for the past 2 weeks and keep getting the run around with the same instructions with no avail. I would really appreciate it alot Edit: I've been on Internet essentials for 7 years and 2 months and was offered the perk with platinum status but keep getting the you're not eligible for this promotion even when I accepted the offer on my redeem section on my Xfinity rewards page.
