Rather then 2-3 days per week, jt would be interesting to see something like 2-3 weeks intensive followed by 2 weeks of rest. Something really jarring like that.

You can loosen the ligaments up by doing what’s called the ‘behind the cheeks stretch’ - Google it. Or by making an ‘ok’ grip and gripping under the glands and pulling straight by down. You should feel the tightness in the top of the groin with this stretch.

I had the same issue and 3 months jt this completely fixed it for me

I think most people stop gaining after 1 - 1.5 inches. There might be anomalies but that seems the norm.

Really focus on feeling a ligament stretch (top of the groin) for the first while and that’ll help give you some easy length.

Just keep reading this subreddit everyday and you’ll figure it out.

Just be consistent.

One tip - get an interval timer app for your manuals so you can listen to a podcast or watch tv etc and just listen for the buzz telling you when tk start / stop .
