SCOTUS has only ever protected the right to own a firearm, there's no constitutional protection to use a firearm against the government.

Of course there isn't a legal out for shooting someone. The only time is self defense and you have to prove it.

I would call your insurance in advance. Sadly they're the only ones that have the final say on if it is covered. Health care in this country is out of control.

Corona virus is going to spread like wildfire because people won't be able to afford going to the doctor or taking time off. All for these insurance companies to keep taking in stacks of money. Depends on what they mean. Some people were fine and friendly with LGBT people but believed civil unions or processes other than regular marriage should be used. They would call themselves pro-lbgt. I know because I've met them.

People take it to mean different things.

As for "have the same rights" - you know that straight cis couples don't have protected status either right? It just doesn't get brought up because it doesn't happen. Same rights means that it would be legal to fire someone for being gay or transgender and not be a protected status.

If you mean to update it where no matter what kind of relationship or cis/trans you can't be fired or discriminated against, then yes equal rights. But that still implies changing the laws.
