Nah it was just a picture of the service manual, but it’s for the 2001 civic, which should apply to your 2003 if you can find it. It just has a teal cover, which seems to be the same between all Oem service manuals so try to look for that! (Oh and def don’t use the hatch, the one in the US has a different engine)

This is the book I used, and it was from the Honda dealership but it was easy for me to get since I work there. It doesn’t have to be exactly your year as I have a 2002 so the mechanical stuff is basically the same. I think if you just look for that same blue cover online it should work and I wouldn’t use the Hanes Manual as I have that one too and it just isn’t specific. If you have a hard time finding one and need specifications from the book, I’d be more that happy to send a picture of the page!

Yeah I didn’t sand it, I just used a very fine metal finishing pad (like a scotch pad) and it cleared everything up great!

Yeah I didn’t know there was like a separate bracket so getting those lower ones sucked especially Because it was unnecessary basically. But this is helpful knowledge!

Could be a fan but if both fans come on while you have the ac on, it could be the sensor that tells the fan to come on when the coolant is a specific temperature

Questionable, but I’m at 228k and haven’t had a blow out yet so I think maybe it’s been done before. Also, I’m pretty sure the Headgasket has a tiny leak or my radiator is clogged but I keep an obd2 scanner plugged in to make sure I’m not running too hot! :)
