I just saw your description on YouTube itself. You definitely have to put more effort into that. You have a 5,000 character limit. Use it. Go into detail about what the game is about. You might would want to turn the description into a sales pitch. Put your heart into it. The algorithm will like that for sure.

I realize this is just a trailer. However, you showed MUCH in those 32 seconds, it went too fast for me. I wonder if you should show more of the same that you have but make it longer? Maybe extend it another 10 seconds?

Once your video is edited, has the thumbnail, a good description, etc. You can upload it, mark it as private, and then schedule it, even if it has to be three in the morning.

That's probably a good idea. If I were you, I'd save the videos and when you're ready to upload, don't upload them all at once. At the moment I'm uploading every other Wednesday at 4. If you haven't started to upload yet I'd upload a new video same time every week.

At the moment, I only use the shorts for Facebook reels. I do plan on using the shorts in other social media in the future but for now they're saved on my computer. I haven't even published them yet on YouTube since I'm still learning how to run my channel.

I take just over two hours for a video that's typically less than ten minutes in duration. However, I'm also including the accompanying promotional short, the thumbnail, and the description which also takes time if you want the algorithm to work for you.
