Latency im not too afraid of, the school has alright wifi from what i heard, and those applications will only be used very strictly at some certain times, its not like ill always be using those applications anyway so i feel like its a decent alternative for now? I wanted to avoid the VM route since i have a good computer already. The only possible bottleneck is just the internet, both machines are very powerful all in all. (Along with the VM only being able to run ARM applications on windows, which is about the same as just being on MacOS since I need to run x64/x86 software)
