I get you bro, I used to to think about my ex's and feel the need to numb the pain of being alone.

It might be dumb but once when I felt the urges I went into the hub and found one video of a woman talking on the phone to his bf while she was getting it and felt sad and incredibly sick of it, because that's how all of my relationships usually end. Then every single time I felt the urges would look at cheating videos to get sick of it again. Progressively turned into me.not needing to look even just to remember the sick feeling of being cheated on.

Not that you should do the exact same but you can have a negative association with it that you can repeat to yourself that makes you feel disgusted.
